This is first of many, buybacks in next three quarters you come up with 1 billion he's buying back up to half the float. And obviously you have no idea how much the float is. If it stays in the .0001 he can buy back more than half of the float with the funding from the private investor. Now most of the sales are not investors they are sales of toxic debt like 9 million do you see that on level II a debtor cannot sell more than 10 million at any given time or they have to announce it to the SEC. So you have been in trading for a long time and you don't know what a buyback is about or how it works. Obviously are pretty lame in the DD department, most good traders knows how a buyback works what it's used for.
So every NASDAQ stock that does a buyback is a scam, makes no sense to me I buy hundreds of thousands of shares daily on the NASDAQ, I just come to the penny stocks to play and make a extra cash. You just need to read the PR use some comprehension while you're reading if you have any. Read about how a buyback works. Obviously you read other people's stuff and don't do your own DD.
