Your missing the big picture. I'll explain it one last time. The shares you are seeing on the ASK have been there for quite sometime now and James has said multiple times in emails that it is for the most part ALL OLD DEBT. Now this debt was most likely negotiated when the stock price was much higher, unfortunately the stock was most likely issued at a discount to 0001 in the end. Therefore, they received a ridiculous amount of shares. Luckily, it looks like they have decided to sell all these shares at 0001, making it easier for the company to buy back the majority of those shares and clean up the SS for us WITHOUT doing an RS. I give James huge respect right now for doing this.
Anyways, so if your confused why there is so much volume and no uptick to 0002, I believe that is why. Also if you look at the timeline of FLOAT INCREASE as compared to ACTUAL TRADING VOLUME, you will notice a big difference and it may help you to calculate what could be AVL on the ask at 0001.
Anyways, if the company is going to buy them all back. GREAT! I wouldnt be too concerned about upticking then because when we do it will be a short ride to 01.
obviously you have not been trading for very long. You just do not understand how buyback works. Both PADRINO and Mike landfer posted what a buyback is about and how it works I would advise you to read it. Then go back and read the PR you did not read the entire PR I'm not Ghana explain it for you. But I think you need to read it slowly.
