Yes, I agree, when a CEO admitted to influence a public stock, and I'm sure when they investigate he will suffer the consequences. This whole bit MDGC is a 'scam' is not true and is the reason they haven't been shut down. They are in process of rebuilding their core, and back on track with the Boise project. They have become current on their responsibilities to the government. Anyone that wants to sell can, but with the turn around they have worked on, most will want to stay the course.
