DB I see the printing press is still working. It always will be. Same people rinse and repeat. On merger we shall see looks like latest P & D play. He dumped another 20 million shares if O/S is now 60 million. A/S still 475 million even after his 1 for 1000 r/s he lead QASP to with Dean. They controlled this company since 2009. As usual makes no sense for other company to do merger. What does QASp offer but losses and no money. Oh they can offer to keep selling shares for money. They do that a lot. People forget this happen before with Dean. Gell to .005 rebounded on bogus PR's to 2 cents. Then fell back to sub penny for good.
