I agree that the PPT is not in the Market all that much. They don't need to be. The PTB ("Powers That Be", aka "da Boyz") have learned to take advantage of the fear of the PPT. For example, I think that's what most of the 2:30 ramps are: PTB starting a ramp, then selling off when everyone else jumps in. The PPT cheers from the sidelines...
