No I can't prove Sykes is here, but Sykes is just a person, I was using as an example. Can I prove someone else is? No. Can I prove CYBK is being shorted...from bi-monthly short reports, I could, if I looked, but haven't. Could I prove CYBK is being illegally shorted? No. There are no reports that criminals fill out on criminal behavior.
