You don't know what kind of deal structure was made in these discount placements, nor do you know who they are right now who provided the financing with the discount shares. The form 10 should put some light on these deals, so will be waiting to see what someone who is really long this stock has to look forward to. Some who post may be involved, and "protecting" their future gains. Lots of people post here who have unrealized gains to protect.
Any retail short better not get to greedy either, they are also at a disadvantage.
