I don't understand the reference: "Records show that your estimate is off 600 million shares." What estimate?

You said it'd take YA 2 years to sell 2 billion shares. From 2011 to 2012 O/S increased by 1.3 billion. 2x300 million is 600. I can't wait what the 10K will reveal.
