Celldex is an interesting company but all its Sr. management came from Merarex who always promised a lot and always delivered nothing.

Celldex is an interesting company but all its Sr. management came from Medarex who always promised a lot and always delivered nothing.

But you surely have to give them credit for picking up some very decent assets on the cheap.
