Lets not forget, in general, how most, very small businesses, especially pinks, usually treat shareholders. They tend to put them on the backburner and dilute their shares to oblivion.
Of course, nobody likes dilution. Of course, nobody wants to see the A/S maxed out, myself included, especially anytime soon.
Even if the A/S is completely maxed out, that still puts total dilution at about 30% in 3+ years, which, in reality, is not bad whatsoever. I know we can tend to overreact on these type of things, again, myself included, but they havent killed shareholder value with dilution and there is no reason to think that will change. And yes, I know there are other issues with the company, which has tested my trust in them, but I think they have put forth effort not to screw over shareholders, even with some of the mishaps
Most companies at this stage, dilute 100's of percent for either growth or pinks scamming investors. We are well below 15% right now and if it can help take care of some issues and help get cashflow back in order, its fine, as these shares should not alternate the share price too much, as the market cap is already very small
