Any other information on those deals and who the parties were besides what has been put in press releases.
I guess once they start filing with the SEC and have audited financials like they said in press releases that information will have to come out. Guess we shall wait - and wait and wait!

states that it was the $1.0 million, $10.00/share, placement that was received in January

The PR said both deals were closed in January, one payment made immediately, the other one due in May.
