My understanding from direct emails (posted here in reply to my inquiry into FSC 5962)

indicated that TTI was not, as a passive producer of 5961s, required to mark their product. Given the new committee co-chaired by Kevin Sink, VP Total Quality, TTI Inc, I can't help but wonder if he's a bit more interested in potential expansion these days.
