Ok, but you said the 'stock issuance'...............meaning, they wont raise the AS or OS any higher?

Or they are not selling any shares for more monies? Could be they have been given the funds, and now the capital company is still doing its dumping to get their cash back with interest...either way, someone is dumping with ARCA/VFIN........and the only one with this amount is the company/funding agents.........so I pick one until they are gone.

Either way, we are still moving UP...........so thats all good with me.

but he wont give out current o/s numbers. Isnt that a little cointadictory? He will tell you their financing action, but wont give you a rough guestimate of how many are o/s? I am no conspiracy theorist (or even one that thinks they are diluting like crazy, I think the arca stuff is goofy), just not linear thinking imo.
