"We are required to update the OTC site with an annual report which will include a report on all outstanding shares and an annual financial statement, etc., by the end of March. The report will be posted before that time as soon as key personnel return from Brazil and can review it."

Also, there likely will be liabilities, but we are looking for assets to outweigh it creating equity.

Remember the accounting equation? assets + liabilities = stockholders' equity

So as a stockholder to figure equity compute assets – liabilities = stockholders' equity

I expect this year end (2012) to beat their 2011 numbers. Some of the deals might not reflect their report until the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2013, so keep that in mind.
