There could be, note I say could be, some validity to the VFIN is selling though. I have noted that one on the ask quite a bit, yet is not "relentless" selling. Sells some and backs off, etc, etc.
I have been watching NITE and SCHB mostly, when they are on both the bid and ask at the same time, you "should" be safe as they are making the market "legimately" and earning their pay via the spread and volume.
