xanadu, when(hahahaha) it comes to OTC stocks I have learned to assume the worst. They all need money and usually they use all the shares they issued for financing. Its an assumption and it may be wrong however i still see ARCA and VFIN selling throughout the day and that tells me that shares are being dumped. Its amazing that GZFX has pushed higher everyday with the dilution and most OTC stocks get crushed by the dump. However, GZFX has Circuit City which has brought in the buyers. Most of the these OTC's don't have anything solid after they announce their financing agreements and their share price gets destroyed.
