cap, thanks for those links to cme group. I've never traded fx that way, it looks too complicated for me..LOL!! I'm going to look into it though. I took Melissa Lee's advice, and shorted the GBPUSD ahead of the jobs report. Picked up a nice 75 pips in a matter of seconds. There was so much action, it took a while for the trades to go through, and I was getting nervous, so I hit buy again to make sure my position would close. Instead it bought again at the bottom, then bounced, and picked up a profit on the way back up. I wish I could do that every 15 minutes...LOL!!
You got stopped out the day before on the euro, then it dropped yesterday. It takes big ball to trade forex....LOL
