I'm glad we have been patient, because it is evident that Ken not only DID get the S-1 AS HE PLEDGED, but, distribution has begun.
Additionally, the prospect of a new mining field in GHANA, besides the Ekom Eya fields and mines, and besides our properties in CANADA, gives us an added view of the future of KATX and BVIG and the nature of our name, Kat EXPLORATION, since we are indeed forging new roads into areas we might soon acquire in a new and different part of gold-famous GHANA, knowing that a memorandum has already been signed.
