Allwinner is currently offering its dual-core chip at a price of US$5, an upgraded dual-core model, priced at below US$10, and a quad-core chip, priced only half that of Nvidia's Tegra 3.
Those numbers are around Medfield/CloverTrail's break-even wafer price. When the 22nm generation is in full production these 32nm Atoms will be then used as defensive price weapons against these really cheap ARM vendors to deny them market-share. In fact it's already started with the Asus FonePad
