i decided to keep my bbda stock shares since first the price go down too much it is scary those preferred for sure i hope bbda could grow again i was expected before preferred highest price
Of course I am correct. Fully diluted share count cannot be calculated as no one knows what the conversion factor is for the 500,000,000 Preferred shares Brian just issued to himself. So back to the point the Preferreds are not part of the O/S for BBDA. The O/S has been 2.4 Billion for quite some time prior to the Preferred being issued.
