Ken & his Law-Firm did an excellent job for the S-1, it took only 8 months.
Like I said, sometimes it takes longer than that to renew a passport.

No question about it. Ken is doing the right thing over there in Ghana by seeking additional sources of revenue generation to support the company's exploration activities. ...and with gold soon to be headed to $3000/oz., that's just icing on the cake. One step at a time. This is how the big boys get started.
