MIAMI, Nov 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EZ2 Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO), announced today that http://www.ez2poker.com is in final beta testing in anticipation of a New Years Day launch. This online poker site will contain several unique features, in particular the ability to see the faces of the actual players.
The deal is the first in a line of licensing deals, whereby EZ2Companies.com, Inc. will license the complete domain name of http://www.ez2poker.com and technology to the overseas company. Horatian Holdings, Corp., a Panama based company, will license the technology as built by EZ2Companies to allow full service gaming on the site. Players will need a webcam to play in each of the back rooms, and the site visitors will be able to view the games in action and see the player's reactions to cards dealt. EZ2Companies.com will collect a substantial monthly licensing fee for the use of the technology.
