There's a Huge misnomer regarding "Common-Sense".
It's not in the least "Common"!

The fact that Holder, didn't have answer(s) to the perhaps, the most Ubiquotous question, i.e., Legalization or Prosecution, or Other?

1) Is simply indicative of Complete Legalization w/o FEDERAL interference of MMJ!
2) "being mindful of our international obligations", I think that's what he stated, a couple of weeks ago.
This is strongly indicative of MMJ only Legalization, however, "Wink and a NOD', to Recreactional MJ users to be "MMJ compliant". This way the U.N can't bitch n' moan, most americans don't give a rat's rear about the UN anyway.

Basically:- As far as MWIP is concerned >250k MMJ cards will be needed within the next few months. It's going to be fun bro!
