I agree but first they need to figure out the process for refining this particular resource. from the PR "This program would likely have been more difficult to accomplish in North America, as the testing facilities would initially have had to be assembled to complete it" It may be Scott's toy but the fact that there is some family money around has kept us away from the sleazebag finance companies who just love to make a deal and then short a small company like this into the ground.
