I voted no to all three proposals, which I'm sure is going to be the consensus. If Mr. Sheer announced that the r/s has been voted down & due to the revenues generated in Italy, Brazil,India....et al Cereplast was investigating a share buy back, they would be back on the NAZ before you could say compostable plastic. IMHO.
