I have previously gone on record to reassure our shareholders that I would not ever support a reverse split unless we are growing so fast that we need a reverse split to take the financial advantages of moving to a higher exchange.

I guess he needs more shares to convert, huh?

I'm sure they will announce more MOU's and the ones they are talking about today will be a distant memory tomorrow.
