what are you doing with PCs that you didn't do five years ago?

For starters, playing c 2012 class video games.

The PC has become a repository of photographs and videos. That chews up most of my disk space. Editing photos and videos is something that was not done a few years ago. Video editing takes up tons of time. and I cant even do it on my PC. I end up editing videos on the YouTube server and it takes hours!

Speech recognition and Gesture Recognition are the other mass applications which could benefit from greater CPU horsepower.
