When the T/A was previously gagged, everyone complained incessantly. Then it became un-gagged, and people made an even larger stink over it. Personally, I think he is doing two things:
1. Re-gagging the T/A to stop the constant barrage of calls, comments, arguments, and 'speculation'.
2. To keep it gagged so that share holders do not drive up the price during a series of buybacks
3. Shock and Awe Effect: People will be stunned when the gag is lifted and there is a lower O/S structure...
Hate to burst everyone's bubble here, but the O/S and A/S will not be raised ever again, nor will there be a R/S. With these two facts in mind, you can come to the 3 point conclusion above very quickly.
