He would most likely have to issue at 50% discount... The only positive reason I can think of for a gagged TA in a growing expanding company that did 1.5 million$ last quarter would be some form of buy back. I can't think of why he would have to issue more shares say 200 million maxing out the AS at a 50 percent discount to market price for the 500k he would recieve in return. The 1.5 is what we did last reported quarter this does not include what we have made on top of that up until now...
