key, Dutchess is not going to give anyone any information, so I would not waste your time trying to dig with them. They play everything by the book, so they will not risk the appearance of releasing any information that may be considered inside.
So, we are left to wait and se if we actually get the R/M this time. Personally, I cannot believe they would start footing the bill again for the filings unless they were reasonably sure they could get one closed soon.
