We're not gonna see 5 cents, 25 cents and especially $1, until we see $5mil revenue on the first quarter's filings and remove of the chill.

Buyback is nice, reduction is shares is nice as well, but let's face it, the company is still worth $0.00, regardless if they have 12 billion or 100 million shares issued. The real run to penny or dollar land is only possible when they show us the money.
