Another Shoe Dropping.... as I write... China Gov wants the prices of all those vacant units to come down so more can afford to actually buy/rent/move in..... Even though those invested and the banks holding the paper, will take the hit. So, in typical clueless Government Fashion,,,, They are going to raise the Sales Tax and Capital Gains Tax on Real Estate.... times 10 !....
