#101115 RE: rainmaker2 #101098

I was speaking in a general manner but I stand by my point. 100 million in sales projections in 2013 was made by the CEO, ok, so at $5200 per unit that's 19,230 units. Yet there is little evidence to be found that anywhere near that kind of volume is in production or being ramped up. Oh, an empty warehouse may or may not be the current location of the company? So what? Where is it written that warehouse space must be used? My company has thousands of sq ft sitting vacant, businesses can even get a tax write off in some cases on unused floor space. And it's totally unconfirmed anyway. A business license exists in the town? Ok, great, again doesn't have to be used at all or anytime soon. If there were a move it could be months away, and besides HTI doesn't manufacture anything. Where are the announcements from Delta that they are hiring to outfit this new wave of production?

We have heard of contracts "expected soon" what, about 5 times in the last three years? Heck, the first time it was flat out not true. Anything RV PO ring a bell? Can anyone explain how no one was responsible for fraud in that case? Even if it was HTI that was duped how is it that Anything RV wasn't liable for either contract fraud or similar?

No, history has demonstrated that grandiose predictions of imminent sales have a 0% hit rate here. And just how many units did USA metals buy? They ONLY outfitted sleeper cabs according to the PR and their entire fleet is unknown issue and is not 100% sleeper cabs.

Hey how about CCS Midstream and the Canadian dealer which was going to make tons of sales in Canada after those initial 63 or 80 units? Hm, not a single follow up sale. And hey, wasn't that the Wildcat which we have been told failed due to design flaws with OTR vibration? Yeah, I'm guessing that might explain why CCS didn't make any follow up purchases.

No no, keep telling me I have no idea, I've been told that dozens of times. And yet still there are no fleet sales, certainly not of any size capable of generating positive revenue. It's very simple to refute this, really. Just complete the items PRd over the years. Sell to fleets. Get EPA and CARB certification on all products, produce and sell the Hoss, move on to the 2nd and 3rd DF JV steps. Become current on Pinksheets. Close out all lawsuits from prior management and actually demonstrate the company was defrauded instead of settling and paying for both lawyers and the other sides settlement claim.

No? None of those? Ok, sure. Go back and read my posts from last spring about when we'd really see the Hoss. I said best case 1st qtr 2013. At this point even that is unlikely. I was duped like the rest of you. Nothing is coming "soon." It is all I completed and is based on best case scenarios, none of which have panned out. And in the meantime the company has shuttered 1 of 3 business units and given away half of all revenue forever. Great! Pps is doing what it should based on the statements vs reality.
