Civil Rights Equal Rights for women Social Security Medicare Medicaid Pell Grants Enacting Child Labor Laws Granting Women the right to Vote Right to work laws Unions Aid to education Public Schools Unemployment Compensation HUD OSHA
So what did conservatives propose that helped all Americans and didn't discriminate? I'm still looking.
