I know most (me included) are focusing on Kenya right now, however Chad is equally exciting and even closer to some major finds. Between the two properties our chances of discovering oil are very high.

Golly gosh with all that good news and solid DD, one would think that the 'rights offering' would have sold out lickety split. Instead the company has extended it's offering trying to squeeze out a bit more cash. Step right up and buy some of the over two billion plus shares shares available out of the increased AS of 3 Billion shares....

Maybe the strong hands will step up and buy the maximum allowed to keep the evil MMs and Naked Shorts from abusing the market process.

Any news on Offor / Chrome's participation in this once in a lifetime deal?

What is your opinion of ERHC now given the disastrous results of this stock offering? Do you think they will raise the funds in time to move Chad forward or are the payments to Chad the nail in the coffin for ERHC, now having spent so much that they may not survive if funds are not forthcoming.

Do you still think ERHC can go it alone in Kenya? Do you still think that they can demonstrate a higher negotiating position there, or does their financial woes actually hamper that negotiating position?

Does SEO's lack of participation signal to you that SEO has little confidence in ERHC and that his decision was to just let the minnow float aimlessly in the ocean with no captain? Did he abandon ERHC?

Do you still support management or do you now feel some outrage? Are they merely incompetent or are they criminal?

Or have you decided to move on to another investment?

Your responses would be appreciated.
