I believe they are to become a Holdings Co, and it will have its subs Evcarco and Third Stone..

The Corporation’s management believes that it is in the best interest of the Corporation for the name of the Corporation to better reflect the current business plan and operations of the Corporation, and the Corporation’s management believes that the name change will be favorable to the Corporation’s interests.
