This morning the SPX Monthly opened it's 15th month (that is the average for a Monthly Phase 2) in Phase 2, so the earliest the Monthly can now confirm a Phase 1 is at the end of April. For that to happen the Monthly will need to open April 1st below 1459 and remain below that level the entire Month.

The SPX Daily remains in Phase 2 for at least another trading day.
