They also sold drug rights to ANX for the current front ANX drug for shares of ANX and some threshold targets that turn into rights to more shares or something (I forget the details, cash, royalties, share options?), but what was once a drug CYTR had sitting on the shelf, ANX has made their lead pipeline drug, so these two are partly attached!!!
