MSE is a service entity that is defined by its people.

In order for a company to be labeled "corrupt" its key people would have be the ones that are corrupt

Again, MSE may have been corrupt, does that mean the key people are corrupt also If they are working now with jim? It always appeared the management of mse was corrupt there.
