that is EXACTLY what the pubilc stockholders at Fallacaro's previous publicly traded company, Falcon, were saying right before they found out, in an SEC filing of all things, that they were stripped of all assets by the Fallacaros.

Still haven't seen any proof he moved assets out or stripped the company.
