Series A only the CEO owns, and most of those are/have been retired.

Series B there is only 1 share and the CEO owns it for voting control.

Series C are the ones that can be converted, and pay the dividend. They are no longer issuing Series C as to prevent dilution of the dividend.

Series D have not been issued.
