The company has $95mm of cash on hand and just stated last week that their 2013 capital needs have been met so there is no reason to be concerned about or assume that any new shares will be issued or anything dilutive likely to occur in the foreseeable future. The float is 27.8mm shares. Not 12mm. (33mm outstanding). 13% short is roughly the same as CHK and CHK has a 68% debt to equity.
