That is a very good question. I did not get a chance to watch level II closely today, but from what I did see it looks like RAFF initially began to take a leadership role in ERBB, and then backed off for some reason.
He clearly is still involved but we must continue to watch him to see when he steps back up again.
Right now it looks like he is trying to get shares at cheaper prices, perhaps simply due to the lack of news from the company.
For now I just continue to observe where he positions himself on the bid and hope that in the near future he ends up back in the top spot, because I believe that is when you ERBB takes off.
