I just now saw your reply....sorry took so long! One investor said that this court date of 3/15 is to allow time for the 2 sides to work it out.

According to the CEO he is waiting on a positive decision from the judge and THEN talk about settlement.

One day this WILL ALL PAY OFF I just wish I knew WHICH DAY!
