I've never seen a CEO do things like this guy does. How many CEO's do you know that have all day to sit around and write Dear Abby blogs all day to shareholders or to write them to ask how many shares they have. The guy obviously had a LOT of free time on his hands.
I have been saying that for the last 2 plus years. Eric is the equivalent to a college football coach going 1-11 for 3 years in a row. Hell the coach does not want to get fired but he knows he has not gotten it done.
Eric knows he has all the cards here. he owns and controls 100% of everything. yeah shareholders. They are just his paws.
this guy is his biggest fan. Trust me this guy has already come out smelling like a rose here.
He will argue and say the right things but the bottom line is he want 100% control of everything and he is a micro manager.
This guy will just keep doing what he has been doing. Reverse split the stock and then start blogging all over again like nothing happened.
