FFGO - No longer valid as a trading company?

Everyone is well aware that FFGO's SEC registration was revoked, and that the company is no longer publicly trading!

It was never inferred that the validity was in regards to public trading status.

the number is no longer valid as a trading company

end of fantasy!

All one has to do is contact the SEC, FINRA, the DTCC, or their retail broker to confirm that the cusip number is still VERY relevant and VALID! It is how the DTCC will track who gets paid and who is a shareholder of record on the record date once agreed upon.

Those brokers not showing an accurate, or valid, cusip # for FFGO shares, may be violating securities laws and may be subject to fines and/or be at risk for losing their broker license(s).

ETrade has confirmed that a dividend can be paid to shareholders of an security that has had its registration revoked, and FINRA has confirmed that the state of incorporation will govern what FFGO will be able to do, ALWAYS!

Wyoming SOS Statutes of Incorporation have been posted a number of times, and each and every time they have confirmed that the company can proceed with the distribution of assets to shareholders, and/or can transfer the assets to another business entity.

The facts have been provided and supported by regulatory agencies.
