with this "dissolved",,,no transfer agent EXISTS who can or will issue anything,,,they have no transfer agent now because they don't exist ,,,it has to come through a T/A ,,, THEY NOW HAVE TO FILE EVERYTHING TO BECOME A RECOGNIZED ENTITY AGAIN,,, how much will it take to bring it all current with the sec ,,, do you know how many months or years it might take ?? and money for accountants and or attorneys ??
