You obviously have not been following this. The Brokers collectively are given the mandate to look at their accounts for that date and report to the transfer agent. When the total holdings are finally in - the total BVIG to be spun off will be divided by the total number of KATX shares reported in by the brokers plus the number held by private shareholders who have their certs at home. The FINAL BVIG / KATX ratio will be determined by that. NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH TRAPPING ANYONE OR NAKED SHORTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing but excuses on why the stock has plummeted! Naked shorting, iou's, MM's and any other garbage people imagine. It's mind blowing that there are people still invested in this company, much less defending it. Hopefully no new traders will stumble across this board and get sucked in!
