oh ok iam sorry ihave also stocks who become to the grey markets since then iam very carefully with stocks who are not reporting to the sec since 1-2 years without to make an form 15. the chance to come out of the grey market is very thin not much stocks have ever make that. their only chance is an 211 filling or a new form 10 imo.
