Ken/KATX CEO lied to the SEC on the S-1, causing 7 amendments. I would think it could be done with KEN' Accounting svcs. in Nevada for an unaudited financial in the PINKIE's. Those 90 claims are individuals prospector claims, and would be wise to wait and see if the claims are transferred to BVIG or KATX or dropped.
